Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner was granted lease rights in the petition mentioned Tank for a period of three years. The petitioner wants further extension by two more years. Though the writ prayer has been in otherwise worded, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that he would be satisfied, if the first respondent is directed to pass order on the petitioner's representation in the light of G.O(Ms)No.332, dated 17.11.1993.

3. Recording the petitioner's submission, I direct the first respondent to pass order on the petitioner's representation, in the light of G.O(Ms)No.332, dated 17.11.1993 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a 2/4

copy of this order. This writ petition is disposed of on these terms. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
