This Writ Petition has been filed for a Mandamus to direct the second respondent to conduct an injury by way of considering the petitioner`s representation, dated 15.04.2025.

2. Mr.S.S.Madhavan, learned Additional Government Pleader, takes notice for the respondents.

3. The person, namely, A.Subburaj, who is likely to be impacted by the order to be passed by the official respondents, has not been impleaded in this case. It appears that the said A.Subburaj, had earlier approached this Court in W.P. (MD) No.7042 of 2025 and had sought certain directions from the respondents herein. The request of the said A.Subbiah has been rejected by the Joint 2/4

Commissioner/second respondent in his proceedings dated 31.05.2025 bearing reference in e/f/vz;.2861/2025/m4/

4. Since the request of the said A.Subburaj has been rejected, nothing survives for adjudication in this case. Hence, this Writ Petition stands closed. No costs.
