Praying to direct the second Respondent not to harass the Petitioner under the guise of enquiry by considering the Petitioner;s representation, dated 12.01.2024. ORDER:- This Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. M. Subash Babu Senior Counsel For M/s. Subash Law Office, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. P. Kottai Chamy, Government Advocate for the respondents, this Court made the following order:

"This petition is filed seeking modification of condition imposed in Crl.OP(MD) No.1034 of 2024, dated 19.02.2024. 2.The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this Court while allowing the petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1034 of 2024, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs,1,27,70,000/- to the credit of Cr.No.2 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy. However, the petitioner was not in a position to deposit the said amount as one time payment. Therefore, he filed the present petition. Now, the petitioner has deposited the entire amount and he has also filed a memo to that effect.

3.Recording the memo filed by the petitioner, this criminal miscellaneous petition is closed."
