Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.S.R.DURAI RAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.11006 of 2018, dated 03.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.It is seen that the time for production of sureties expired on 21.07.2018. But, this petition filed only on 09.08.2018. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered on condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.2500/-(Rupees two thousand and five hundred only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund and on such deposit, the time for surrender and to execute the sureties before the concerned Court is extended by two weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
