ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 27.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 I.P.C in Crime No.417 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 09.06.2018, the petitioner along with A2 had barged into the house of the defacto complainant and committed theft of gold jewels to the value of Rs.6,00,000/-. Hence, the case has been registered and the petitioner was arrested and remanded to judicial custody. Thereafter, the petitioner moved the bail application and the same was allowed. Due to non appearance of the petitioner during the trial, NBW came to be issued and he was remanded to judicial custody.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is an innocent. Due to his ill-health, he was not able to appear before the trial Court. He further submitted that the petitioner is in incarceration from 27.06.2018 onwards. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4.Heard the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tiruchendur.
