This petition has been listed for extension of time pursuant to the letter sent by the concerned Trial Court.

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai by his letter dated 18.02.2026 has sought further time to dispose of the case in C.C.No.1181 of 2023.
3. This Court had already directed the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai to dispose of the case in CC No.1181 of 2023 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of the order. The learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai in his letter stated that summons were issued to A1 to A5 and they appeared before the Court on 28.11.2025 and on the same day copies were furnished to all the accused and on the next hearing date charges were framed and now the case is posted for issuance of witness summons. The prosecution side evidence not yet commenced due to the reasons stated above, the case could not be disposed of as directed by this Court.
4. Considering the request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Additional Mahila Court, Madurai and also considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time already granted by this Court to 2/4
