PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorari or any other appropriate writ or order or direction in the nature of writ calling for records relating to the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 07.09.2020 and quash the same as illegal as the same is passed without jurisdiction in view of the Tamil Nadu Primary Agricultural Co-operative Credit Societies Common Cadre Service Rule, 2019. Today, when this writ petition was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner made a submission that, he wants to withdraw this writ petition with a liberty to move a revision petition under Section 153 of the Cooperative Societies Act and he has made such a request, when he has appeared through Video Conference.
