This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order passed by the third respondent dated 08.01.2019 and further direct the third respondent to give priority or preference in issuance of parking license for petitioner's Auto bearing registration No.TN-45-AS-1991.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the relief sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
