This Writ Petition has been filed seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the first to third respondents to survey the petitioner's property comprised in S.No.140/1A21, measuring an extent of 1 acre 27 cents in Patta No.701, situated at Rajagambiram Village, Manamadurai Taluk, Sivagangai District, to demarcate and fix the boundaries thereof and to consider the petitioner's representation dated 01.03.2019.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first to third respondents submitted that the survey has already been conducted.

4. In view of the above, no cause of action arises. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs.
