Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time to furnish sureties in Crl.OP(MD)No. 9846/2018 dated 19.07.2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SEEMARAJ, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.V.NEELAKANDAN Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner's surrender and execute sureties in Crl.O.P(MD)No.9846 of 2018, dated 19.07.2018.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.This is second petition to extend the time for surrender and execute sureties.

4.Considering the reasons stated in the petition, this petition is ordered and the time for surrender and to execute the sureties before the concerned Court is extended by two weeks from today, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.7,500/- (Seven Thousand Five Hundred Only) to the credit of the Hon'ble Chief Justice Relief Fund.
