A direction is sought to cancel the licence granted in favour of the 6th respondent. The licence period is also over according to the learned Government Pleader.

In the light of that, nothing survives for adjudication in the writ petition.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
