O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) This Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed by the mother of the detenue, namely, Nathiya, aged 24 years, alleging that she is missing from 27.06.2021 and though a case has been registered by the second respondent in Crime No.214 of 2021, for women missing, based on the complaint of the petitioner, no action was taken to trace her. 2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing on the mentioning made by the learned Standing Counsel for the Government, the detenue, namely, Nathiya has been secured and produced before this Court. When we enquired, the detenue stated that she had left the house on her own volition and expressed her willingness to go along with her mother. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

H.C.P.(MD) No.1050 of 2021 3.Recording submission of the detenue Nathiya that she has left the house on her own volition and now she is willing to go along with her mother/petitioner, this Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed and she is set at liberty.
