This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner in the guise of enquiry.

2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and perused the materials placed on record. 3.Today, when the petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 on instructions, would submit that on receipt of the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent police conducted an enquiry and registered a First Information Report against the petitioner in Crime No.480 of 2020, for the offence punishable under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.[MD]No.10316 of 2020 Sections 279 and 337 of I.P.C., pending on the file of the second respondent Police Station.

4.Under such circumstances, once regular FIR has been registered, the question of "not to harass" dose not arise. If any direction is issued in this petition, it will amount to interference with the investigation conducted by the respondent police. 5.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
