ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.07.2018 for the offences punishable under Section 3(a) of Indian Explosives Act r/w Section 120(b) I.P.C, in Crime No.103 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that on 22.07.2018, A2 and other accused allegedly filled petrol in the bottle and thrown upon the petrol bunk and set fire belongs to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution. The First Information Report was registered against the unknown persons. But, the respondent police falsely implicated the petitioner as an accused. He further submitted that the petitioner is in incarceration from 25.07.2018 onwards. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that totally there are four accused in this case. The petitioner herein is arraigned as A2 and the investigation process is going on.

5.It is seen that this Court had already granted anticipatory bail to A4 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.13966 of 2018 on 03.08.2018. Taking note of the facts and circumstances and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions: (i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Mudhukulathur.
(ii)the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders;
