Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the Impugned Order in Na.Ka.No.81 / Ka.Thu.Ka./Ka.U/ Karur /2019 dated 08.03.2019 on the file of respondent No. 3, quash the same as illegal and consequently direct the Respondent Nos.2 to 4 to grant permission to the petitioner and other members of the "Kaveri Aaru Pathukapu Iyakam" to conduct the procession starting from Karur Bus stand via Thinappa Theatre, 80 ft Road, Kovai Road and the End procession at Karur Bus stand at about 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. on 15.03.2019 followed by a public meeting at Karur bus stand from 6 p.m., to 10 p.m., on 15.03.2019 or any other date or time within the time frame stipulated by this Court.
