of the District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Shenkottai and to recall the witnesses PW1 to PW3 for cross examination.

2. The learned Government Advocate (crl.side) appearing for the respondent, on instructions, submits that the case in CC.No.132 of 2023 itself was disposed of on 26.04.2025. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
