O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by V.BHARATHIDASAN, J.) Alleging that the petitioner's husband by name Soorappan, aged about 31 years, was found missing, the petitioner has given a complaint before the respondent police. But, so far no action has been taken to secure the detenu. Hence, the petitioner has filed the present Habeas Corpus Petition.

2. Earlier, the detenu was produced before this Court and he submitted that since the family dispute between the husband and wife, he left the house and living at Coimbatore and doing some manual work and stated that he is willing to go with the petitioner. Hence, the matter was adjourned to 24.08.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
