Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MICHAEL SEBSITIN B, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.VAIKKAM KARUNANITHI, Govt. Advocate (CRL Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7632 of 2022 on 25.04.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending and the petitioner is having four previous cases.

4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.7632 of 2022 on 25.04.2022 is modified and the petitioner shall report https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.6950 of 2022 before the respondent police once in a fifteen days, ie., on the first and fifteenth working day of every month at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
