O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to issue a no objection certificate to the petitioner to run a SPA in the name and style of Blissful Wellness Spa at Door No. 2/435, Old Courtallam Falls Road, Ayiraperi post, Thenkasi District - 627814, by considering the petitioner's representation dated 08.04.2025. 2.According to the petitioner, he sent the representation seeking to issue no objection certificate to run a SPA in the name and style of Blissful Wellness Spa at Door No. 2/435, Old Courtallam Falls Road, Ayiraperi post, Thenkasi District - 627814, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is 2/5

under consideration with the second respondent, since the petitioner has not produced the relevant documents. If he produces the relevant documents, they will consider the same and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law.

4.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider his representation and the second respondent also admitted the receipt of the petitioner's representation and the petitioner has not produced the necessary documents, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 05.05.2025 along with all the relevant documents and thereafter, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and take appropriate decision, in accordance with law, within a period of fifteen days from the date of appearance of the petitioner.
