This Contempt Petition is filed to punish the respondents for disobedience of the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.8753 of 2011, dated 24.01.2020.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the order passed by this Court in W.P(MD)No.8753 of 2011 has been complied with.

3. Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents also endorsed the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
