ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to register a case, based on the order passed in Cr.M.P.No.6598 of 2019, dated 03.10.2019, by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that with regard to criminal offence committed by the respondents 2 to 4, the petitioner herein had given a complaint before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar and the same was taken cognizance in Crl.M.P.No.6598 of 2019 and then, the same was forwarded to the respondent police with a direction to register an FIR, conduct investigation and file a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhunagar. But, the respondent police has not taken any action. Hence, this petition has been filed.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner's complaint had been received from the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Virudhunagar and for the same, investigation is in progress.

Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10944 of 2022 4.Recording the same, the respondent police is directed to register an FIR, investigate the case and file final report, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II,Virudhunagar, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
