ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is in judicial custody since 23.06.2018 for the offences punishable under Sections 489A, 489B, 489C, 489D, 420 and 506(ii) I.P.C in Crime No.414 of 2018 on the file of the respondent police. He seeks bail.
2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner herein joined hands with other accused, photographed Rs.2000/- and Rs.200/- currency notes and thereby created fake currency notes to the tune of Rs.2000 X 135 and Rs.200 X 119. Hence, the case has been registered.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner is an innocent. He has been falsely implicated in this case. He is a daily wage earner and the sole bread winner of his family. He further submitted that the petitioner is in incarceration from 23.06.2018 onwards. Hence, he prays for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that totally there are 5 accused in this case. The petitioner herein is arraigned as Accused No.4. The petitioner is having more than 11 previous cases. He further submitted that the investigation is still pending.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the period of incarceration of the petitioner, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to the following conditions:
(i) the petitioner shall execute a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.
