O R D E R

This petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.03.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that there is a civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the private respondents. While so the private respondents cause life threat to the petitioner. Therefore, the petitioner sent a representation dated 02.03.2024 to the respondents 1 and 2, but the same has not been considered. Hence, she filed this petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondents Page No. 2 of 4

1 and 2 would submit that the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.

4. Since the representation of the petitioner was already considered and closed and nothing survives for further adjudication in this case, recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
