This petition is filed to direct the respondent to complete the investigation in Crime No.1383 of 2020 on the file of the respondent and file the final report within a stipulated time prescribed by this Court.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the investigation in Cr.No.1383 of 2020 on the file of the respondent has been completed and the respondent laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pattukottai and the same was not taken on file.
