Criminal Miscellaneous Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Condone the delay of 143 days in filing the Revision Petition in M.C.No.29 of 2019 on the file of the Learned Family Court, Madurai dated 20.08.2022. Order : This Criminal Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.MAHENDRAPATHY.S, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to condone the delay of 143 days in filing the Criminal Revision Petition.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Arumugam, learned counsel, under takes to file vakalat on behalf of the respondents.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is allowed on payment of cost of Rs.1000/- (Rupees One 2/4

Thousand Only) to the Credit of Women Advocate's Association, Madurai Bench of Madras High Court (Account No:-770357420, IFSC Code:-IDIB000H040, Indian Bank) within a week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, this petition stands dismissed automatically without further reference to this Court.

4. Registry is directed to print the name Mr.A.Arumugam, learned counsel for the respondents in the cause list and post this case after two weeks for "reporting compliance"
