The learned Government Advocate appearing for the first to fourth respondents reports that after the decision arrived in the Peace Committee Meeting held between two villages on 17.01.2019, it was decided to remove the water pipe passing through the petitioner's land in Survey No.732, Kookkal Village and the same was removed. In view of the above, nothing survives in this Writ Petition.
