PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, praying this Court to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the representation, dated 12.04.2023.

ORDER

This petitioner has filed the present petition to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondents not to interfere in the civil dispute and also not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry based on the representation, dated 12.04.2023.

2.On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the respondent police is harassing the petitioner to pay exorbitant interest to the private respondent. The petitioner admitted that he obtained a loan of Rs.1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh only). The claim of the petitioner is that the private respondent has now claimed a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs only). 3.On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the petitioner was called for enquiry and in the enquiry, he promised to settle the amount, hence, the complaint was closed.

4.Since the complaint was already closed, this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous.
