2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 3.This Court had already dismissed two anticipatory bail applications on 09.05.2018 and 10.07.2018 respectively. Since there is no change in circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
