ORDER

This Petition is to quash the communication of the second respondent refusing to grant permission to the petitioner herein to conduct Kabadi competition on 13.04.2019 and 14.04.2019 on the eve of Dr.Ambedkar 128th Birth Anniversary.

2.Citing the communal disturbance leading to law and order issue and the General Election for Parliament, the second respondent herein has passed the impugned order refusing to grant permission.
