Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to pass orders on petitioner petition dated 30.06.20 which is pending on the file of the 3rd respondent vide proceedings in O.Mu.A2/3452/2020 within a stipulated time and to pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit. ORDER :

This Writ Miscellaneous petition coming up for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.K.Chengizkhan, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.M.Lingadurai, Spl. GP, for the respondents, this court made the following order:- The petitioner seeks extension of time to comply with the order of this court in W.P.(MD)No.1742 of 2022, in and by the said order, I had disposed of the writ petition directing the petitioner to prefer an appeal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, before the District Revenue Officer, Thoothukudi. Expressing difficulties and inability on account of personal health, the present application has been filed, seeking extension of time.

2. I have gone through the affidavit. I have also heard the learned 2/4

for the petitioner and I am satisfied with the reasons assigned by the petitioner, seeking extension of time.

3. In W.P.(MD)No.1742 of 2022, time granted to prefer the statutory appeal before the District Revenue Officer, Thoothukudi, to the petitioner is extended by a further period of four weeks from today.
