The relief sought for in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to appoint the petitioner as BT Assistant (English) in any of the vacancies within a time stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that though the petitioner participated in the certificate verification and waiting for the appointment order, no appointment order was issued on the ground that the petitioner possessed double degree. However, subsequently, the petitioner has acquired all requisite qualifications.

3. In view of the above submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner is at liberty to participate in the ensuing selection process, if any notified by the Competent Authority.
