ORDER

The petitioner is a retired Poojari in Karuppasamy Kovil situated in 1/4

Nakkalampatti Village, Usilampatti Taluk, Madurai.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that since the petitioner served for about 28 years and retired on 22.06.2022, he seeks for his retirement benefits and sent a representation on 24.05.2024 to the respondents. However, the respondents are not consider the same. Hence, this Writ Petition.

3. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents, this Court is inclined to dispose of this Writ Petition at the time of admission by directing the first respondent to consider and pass suitable orders on the petitioner's representation dated 24.05.2024 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
