ORDER
The challenge in this Writ Petition is relating to the transfer of the fourth respondent.
2. It is reported by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous since the fourth respondent has attained superannuation.
3. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
