This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.1 of 2024 on the file of the respondent police.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submits that in this case, after completion of investigation, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate cum Mahila Court, Madurai.

3. Recording the said submission, this Criminal Original Petition is closed with a direction to the Judicial Magistrate cum Mahila Court, Madurai, to take the final report on file within a period of two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner is also at liberty to challenge the final report, if he is having any grounds. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is also closed.
