ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to not to harass the petitioners and their family members in the guise of enquiry. 2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that there is a civil suit pending between the petitioners and the private respondents, in O.S.No.15 of 2018, on the file of the learned District Judge, Trichy. Based on that, the respondent police frequently asked the petitioners to appear before the respondent police station. Crl.O.P.(MD) No.10924 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the respondent police conducted an enquiry on the basis of the complaint received from the complainant, advised the parties to approach civil Court for getting appropriate remedy and closed the same, on 21.03.2022. He further stated that hereafter, the respondent police will not call the petitioners in this connection. 4.Recording the same, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
