O R D E R

Contending that the order passed by this Court has been breached, the present contempt petition came to be filed.

2. On 03.03.2023, in W.M.P.(MD)No.4307 of 2023 in W.P. (MD)No.4599 of 2023, the following interim order was passed:- " Notice of motion returnable by four weeks.

Private notice is also permitted.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that the contesting private respondents while installing the petrol bunk are attempting to obliterate the irrigation channel. It is too well settled that irrigation channel in any 2/4

3 CONT.P.(MD)NO.1103 OF 2023 water body cannot be obliterated. Injunction is granted to that extent alone."

3. The only question that calls for consideration is whether the channel has been blocked. Photographs have been produced. The learned Additional Government Pleader states that on the channel, an over-covering has been made so as to enable access. It is asserted that the channel has not at all been blocked. If any obstruction has been caused, the same shall be removed forthwith.

4. Recording the said undertaking, this contempt petition is closed.
