ORDER
The petitioner has approached this Court seeking a direction to the first respondent to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner by compelling her to hand over the original document, namely, Deed No.198 of 1985 dated 23.01.1985 registered at Vilangudi Sub-Registry, to the third respondent under the guise of enquiry based on a false complaint.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) would submit that the complaint was taken on file, duly enquired into and closed on 14.04.2026. He would further submit that, as on date, no complaint is pending against the petitioner and that the respondent police are not, in any manner, harassing the petitioner.
