ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondent to register the documents submitted through online dated 12.03.2019 in draft Nos. TP/58638236/2019 and TP/58635238/2019, to be submitted before him, without demanding the original title deeds.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate submitted that the documents presented by the petitioner were registered through online.

3. Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, nothing survives for further adjudication in this matter. This Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
