This petition has been filed to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2018 and transfer the petitioner to the Pulanthai Panchayat Union school. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the petitioner has made a representation dated 13.07.2018 to the Joint Director, seeking transfer to Pullandhai Panchayat Union School, located in the Kadaladi Region on the main ground that she is seven months pregnant. Since the said representation has not been considered suitably, she is before this Court with the above prayer.

3.Learned Special Government Pleader, who would submit that the 4th respondent / Joint Director is prepared to consider the representation of the petitioner and to pass suitable orders thereon in accordance with law.

4.In view of the above, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 13.07.2018 on merits in accordance with law, after affording opportunity to the petitioner. Such an exercise shall be done within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
