ORDER

This petition is filed seeking direction to the 3rd respondent herein not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry, on the basis of the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 11.08.2021, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that based upon the complaint given by the 4th respondent herein, enquiry is underway and this Court ordered the Investigation Officer to close the enquiry, since it appears that it is purely a civil dispute. To intimate the outcome of the enquiry, the matter has been listed today. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.11132 of 2021 has circulated a copy of the closure report, wherein, it has been mentioned that as per the order passed by this Court, enquiry has been treated as closed on 16.08.2021.

4.Since the complaint that has been given by the 4th respondent herein has been closed, nothing survives for consideration or direction in this petition. Accordingly, this petition stands disposed of as infrcutuous.
