ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to provide Police Protection by considering the petitioner's representation, dated 21.07.2021. 2.The petitioner lodged complaints dated 10.10.2020 and 12.10.2021 to the second and first respondents respectively. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 stated that no co-operation has been extended for the enquiry by the petitioner.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10909 of 2021 4.However, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and to the respondents 3 to 5 and dispose of the same, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.
