ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to expedite the enquiry based on the online complaint dated 08.03.2021 in CSR No.85 of 2021 on the file of the respondent and issue missing Certificate within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing on 28.07.2021, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken and due to non-production of copy of the missing records by the petitioner, it was closed on 23.03.2021 and the matter was ordered to be listed today for producing the certified copy of the missing document. 3.Even today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner did not produce any copy of the missing document so far. If the petitioner produce the copy of the missing document, further action will be taken.

Crl.O.P.(MD)No.10079 of 2021 4.Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate, (Crl.side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with a copy of the missing document and on receipt of the same the respondent police shall enquire the matter, as per the circular issued by DSP.
