This petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police to file a final report in Crime No.10 of 2020 within the time frame as fixed by this Court.
2. The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.10 of 2020, on the file of the second respondent for the offences punishable under Sections 498(A) and 506(i) of I.P.C.
3. Mr.R.M.Anbunithi, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was made ready and the same was presented before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar, but the learned judge has not taken it on the file so far.

Hence, nothing survives for further consideration in this matter. 5.In view of the above, this this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Virudhunagar to process the same as per rules of Sub-Court and to file a Compliance report before the registry thereafter.
