O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for records in Crime No.203 of 2022 on the files of Andipatti Police station, Theni, and to quash the same as against the petitioner.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Andipatti.

3. There shall be a direction to the concerned trial Court to process the above said Final Report within the time stipulated as per rules. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the contents of the above said Final Report, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings.

4. With the above said direction and liberty, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
