(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This Writ Petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to close and remove the TASMAC shop located at No.1 Tollgate, Sakthi Complex, Pitchandavar Kovil Village, Manachanallur Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the second respondent (TASMAC) submitted that the shop in question has been shifted to some other place and hence, the prayer in this Writ Petition has become infructuous. 2/4
