Prayer: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., to direct the Inspector of Police, Balamedu Police Station, Madurai District, the second respondent herein not to harass the petitioners pursuant to the complaint given in the name of holding an enquiry on a complaint given by one Manivelprabhu. ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent police not to harass the petitioners under the guise of enquiry.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that based on the complaint lodged by the defacto complainant, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed. The said submission is recorded.

3. It is made clear, now that the complaint has been closed, the respondent Police shall not call the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harass them.

4. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is closed.
