This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to file final report in Crime No.18 of 2023 on the file of the second respondent.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions from the respondent police submitted that they have closed the case as "undetected". The respondents have also produced the RCS notice to the petitioner.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is closed with a direction to the respondent police to furnish the final report to the petitioner, enabling the petitioner to file a protest petition and workout his remedy before the Court concerned.
