Order No.16234/01/Aa7/ Thanjai and connected resolution No.192 of 2019, on the file of the 1st and 2nd respondents in respect of appointing Muthawallies, for the Hazarath Chanda Hussain Taikkal, Pudupattinam, Thanjavur and quash the same as illegal and consequently direct them to form a Ad-Hoch Committee till the disposal of the O.A.No.38 of 2018 on the file of the Learned Wakf Tribunal, Chennai, with in time stipulated by this Honble Court.
