[Order of the Court was made by T.S.SIVAGNANAM, J.] The petitioner seeks for a direction upon the respondents 1 and 2 to remove the encroachment made by the third respondent in Survey No.2/3 situated at Rettaiyalam Village, Kavanur Village, Manamelkudi Taluk, Pudukottai District, by considering his representation, dated 04.02.2019.

W.P.[MD]No.12934 of 2020 3.In any event, the petitioner's representation was taken into consideration and has been forwarded by the District Collector, Pudukottai District, to the Tahsildar, Manamelkudi, Pudukottai District, by proceedings, dated 21.07.2020, for appropriate action. 4.In the light of the above, we direct the second respondent to take into consideration of the petitioner's representation, issue notice to the petitioner and the third respondent and proceed in accordance with law. This direction be complied with within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
