(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that attempts were made to contact the petitioner, and a letter was also sent; however, no response was received.

2.The status report filed by the third respondent indicates that there are encroachments in the water channel.

3. In view of the above, the fifth respondent is directed to remove all encroachments in the water channel. Such removal shall be carried out after following due process of law. With regard to the remaining areas identified by the Tahsildar, the Municipality shall take action to remove all encroachments, also in accordance with due process of law.

4. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
